The Viselaya Sculpture Competition is a professionally juried international competition for figurative sculpture. The competition is open to any living artist. Winners are exhibited in a garden setting, and several top prizes awarded. Judging criteria include: vitality and sensitivity of expression; originality; beauty; success in portraying an important theme or concept; mastery of the medium; quality of composition; and excellence in anatomy, including structure, balance and movement of the figure(s).

No future competitions or exhibits are currently planned. We do anticipate resuming this event when funding permits and will post updates at this site when information is available.
